Bio

What was your earliest defining moment? Mine was sitting beside a tadpole pond in a small clearing in Hawaii at age 4.

I dipped a white styrofoam cup into its vibrant waters and discovered a world teeming with creatures of all shapes, sizes, and stages of development—a secret world that fit into the palm of my hand. This awe-inspiring moment shaped my lifelong fascination with the wonders of nature—what I refer to as aha! ah! ha ha! and whoa! Today, it drives my passion as an innovation consultant, seeking out diverse "ponds" of opportunity to help organizations thrive.
