Inventive thinking

It’s widely accepted that to get great ideas you must have lots of ideas. It’s also true is that people with a fundamental understanding of how new ideas are born increase their generative output by up to 70%. By fostering creativity and unlocking innate forms of discovery, this workshop equips product managers with the tools to think outside the box, generating innovative solutions and uncovering untapped opportunities.

Team members will learn the mechanisms behind invention and understand where, when, and how to tap into the spontaneous intuitions that drive them towards new ideas, products, and service solutions.
