Delos Wellspace Products

Zamchick was engaged by Delos for 4 months to facilitate and accelerate their new product Discovery process. We helped Delos identify the right path to monetize the Company's core assets and elevate their capacity for product success, speed to value, and repeatability.               

Large virtual sessions were held with teams representing Delos's UX, research, marketing, and technology practices attending. Zamchick framed the sessions with journey maps, ecosystem diagrams, use-case, and what-if scenarios. Sessions helped identify opportunities across customer types, defined compelling value propositions and product features, and helped envision new, end to end user experiences.    Both digital and spatial solutions were considered building on Delo's expertise in certifying Well spaces.   

Output from the sessions informed who would want the products and why, how to maximize the return/value of current and future products, and what are new state-of-the-art capabilities, processes, and roadmaps for driving product success.
